Al Fresco Foods Trading LLC serves as the Highland Group’s Dubai-based trading and distribution arm, supplying frozen seafood and premium agro-food products across the Middle East. Focused on HoReCa, supermarkets, and organized retail, Al Fresco enables dependable supply, responsive service, and market-aligned quality standards.

& Responsibility
Our subsidiaries lead multiple sustainability programs including:
- 890 kW Solar Energy Project — reducing carbon footprint and saving ₹5 lakh annually in energy costs.
- Biogas Recycling Unit — converting 300 kg of daily organic waste into biogas for canteen use and 90 kg organic fertilizer for farms.
- In-house HSD Plant — producing low-cost, efficient fuel that reduces operational dependency on external energy sources.
By organizing a mass marriage ceremony, Highland Group supported underprivileged families in celebrating dignified unions without financial burden. The initiative fostered social inclusion, strengthened community bonds, and upheld cultural values.
